Step one
Your bulk grass fed beef purchase begins with contacting Nicholson Ranches Grass Fed Beef. Call us, email us, or complete the customer information form below. We will walk you through the simple steps of your purchase and answer any questions you have.

Step two
A deposit is required to reserve your grass fed beef animal. After your deposit has been received, Nicholson Ranches will coordinate with the customer regarding when their animal will be processed. Nicholson ranches will transport your animal to the state certified processing facility for harvest.

Step Three
The remaining balance will be paid to Nicholson Ranches. The processing facility (butcher) will coordinate with the customer to choose their preferred cuts of beef. We have a standard cut sheet must customers use. All 350 lbs of grass fed beef that the customer will receive will be vacuum packed and labeled. Approximately 2-3 weeks after processing, your grass fed beef is ready for pick up or delivery.

WHEN YOU PURCHASE A WHOLE GRASS FED BEEF ANIMAL FROM NICHOLSON RANCHES, YOU WILL END UP WITH APPROXIMATELY 350 POUNDS OF BEEF FOR YOUR FREEZER. THIS AMOUNT OF BEEF CAN FEED A FAMILY OF 4 FOR 18 MONTHS AND SAVE YOU A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF MONEY PER POUND!!!!
