Nicholson Ranches is a six generation certified red angus beef operation on the beautiful Central Coast of California. Cattle ranching and beef production began for the Nicholson family in the early 1900’s near San Simeon, CA. Over the years, our family has worked tirelessly to acquire and maintain our beautiful central coast ranches that we call home. These coastal properties are located in Morro Bay and Cayucos, California. The certified red angus cattle that roam these ranchlands enjoy views of the Pacific Ocean, rolling hills, native grasslands, and oak woodlands.
At Nicholson ranches we strive for perfection in our cattle. This begins with high end genetics which provide an avenue for certification through the Red Angus Association. Every one of our animals is born and raised on our central coast ranches. Here at Nicholson Ranches, we know the mother and father of each animal, where they were born, their history, and their certification status.
